CONSULTATIONS
All custom order requests begin with a consultation. A $100 non refundable fee is added to any custom order requests, which covers time spent with customers including providing advice, guidance and any and all design discussions. This fee is charged prior to any design communication.

Please note, approval of custom design requests depend on many factors, including my design aesthetic, abilities and artistic style. Approval of a custom order request is at my discretion. I will not copy other artists’ or designers’ work.

DEPOSITS
All custom pieces require an approval of a price and a 50% non refundable deposit.

With this payment, the client agrees to let production of the custom piece begin. The remaining balance will be charged upon completion of the piece. Jewellery will be sent after receiving the final balance.
For an order cancelation after production begins, the client agrees that they are responsible for any non-recoverable costs for the piece, including the non-refundable deposit and consultation fee.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
I do not accept exchanges, returns or refunds for custom and special order jewellery items. These are all final sale. Please consider this when placing your order.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate ring size prior to production. Ring orders cannot be resized and all custom orders are final sale. Not sure what size ring to choose? Please refer to the size guide here.
