How long does it take to make and ship my order?
Handmade takes time :)
As most KiKA pieces are made to order, I don’t start producing a piece until an order is placed. Please allow a 3 week turnaround time. Orders placed during busy holiday seasons, including Christmas, can take up to 4 weeks.
What are your shipping fees?
All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post. A $15 flat rate delivery fee will be added to all domestic orders. All orders are sent with tracking and require a signature on delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
I sure do! International shipping costs will be calculated based on delivery location at checkout. Taxes and duties will vary depending on country. All orders will be mailed out within 3 weeks of ordering (up to 4 weeks during busy holiday periods).
What happens if I put an incorrect address when checking out?
Please double check the address you supply to ensure it is correct as I will not be responsible for orders mailed out to incorrect addresses.
What happens if my parcel is lost/damaged?
In the event that your item has been lost in transit & Australia Post has officially declared it lost or missing, I will remake and send out a new order when available. If your order can’t be remade due to issues with material sourcing/other reasons, I will provide alternative options on a case by case basis. As a reminder, all pieces are handmade and many are one of a kind. Thus, your piece may have slight variations from the one in the images depicted.
Unfortunately lost or missing items cannot be refunded. Once an item has been made and sent, delivery is unfortunately out of my control.
