EXCHANGES

  • Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. I DO NOT provide refunds. Please be mindful of this when placing your order. For exchange inquiries, please contact me at hello@kikajewellery.com

  • To exchange a product it must be unused, unworn and in the same condition as was received.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate ring size prior to production. Ring orders cannot be resized. Not sure what size ring to choose? Please refer to the size guide here.

  • I do not accept exchanges, returns or refunds for custom and special order jewellery items. These are all final sale.

  • I only accept repairs for original KiKA pieces that are faulty as a result of production rather than wear and tear. Repairs are at the discretion of KiKA staff and determined on a case by case basis.

  • Customers are liable for shipping costs when sending back products for exchange. It is recommended to send with tracking as KiKA Jewellery is not responsible for any lost or damaged parcels in transit.

DESIGN

  • All KiKA jewellery is individually handmade. As a result, your piece may have slight variations from the one in the images. I value & embrace these unique differences.

  • Please allow a 3 week turnaround time from the date your order is placed.  Orders placed during busy holiday seasons, including Christmas, can take up to 4 weeks.

  • KiKA Jewellery is not liable for any copyrights violated by manufacturing client specific products. All liability and any damages received from the use of copyrighted items is the sole responsibility of the client.
