At KiKA, I recognise the importance of minimising my ecological footprint as much as possible. My goal is to take a holistic approach to jewellery design & production. Sustainability is considered throughout production, packing & studio processes. My commitment to sustainability is always evolving. While not perfect, the aim is to continue to amend and progress.

All metal scraps leftover from production are recycled. Whether brought to third party refineries or recycled in studio, no metals are ever wasted. They are brought back into production to be reused and re-loved.
I use raw and precious metals only. Vermeil or gold plated jewellery can wear off overtime. The base metals under the plating is often unknown, and can cause allergic reactions and may involve unsafe working conditions with regards to the production of metal. While brass and silver can tarnish overtime, they just need a quick polish to be brought back to life and will never wear off :)
